Boost is a supplement that I literally developed for myself. For over 30 years I have been experiementing with taking superfoods and medicinal mushrooms. But I could never find a formula with all the active ingredients which I wanted. It really is an overall tonic and acts to boost energy levels, sleep better, better concentration and brain health, assists to manage stress, builds immunity and digestive health and protects against cardiovascular disease.
