During busy periods or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details where available.

We partner with trusted carriers such as Australia Post for safe and efficient delivery.
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Express options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

4. International Shipping

We offer international delivery to most countries.
Delivery times vary depending on your destination, customs processing, and local postal services — generally between 7–21 business days.

Please note:

Butterworth Health is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal strikes, or circumstances beyond our control, but we’ll always assist in tracking your parcel.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
