1. Overview
I want you to feel confident in choosing Butterworth Health.
Every product and program I create is developed with care, backed by evidence, and designed to support real results. If something doesn’t meet expectations, then let's have a chat about it. I have sold several million supplements over the years with my other company, Happy Healthy YOU, and the return rates is incredibly low. Less than 0.01% actually.
But I have learnt over the years that most refund requests are not about effectiveness or product quality. I know the effort that has gone into creating this range and science behind it. Of course, they will not work for everyone, which is mainly due to something the individual is doing to block them from working. Just like a doctor will not refund you, with this brand, I am taking the same stance unless I am responsible, or the product.
Refunds take a lot of time to manage, cost a lot and take away time I could be helping others. That being said of course, I stand behind the product's effectiveness and quality. Let's have a chat, and if something is not right, I will fix it. But we have to have that chat to determine if this is legitimate because I have seen many stories over the years and almost always the products are not the problem.
This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item you purchase:

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to notify us of any issue.
To help us resolve it quickly, include your order number, proof of purchase, and photos (if applicable).
3. Change of Mind
Because our supplements are health-related consumables, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, opened products, or partially used items — unless required by law.
This policy helps us maintain strict quality and safety standards.

4. Programs and Digital Products
All digital guides and programs (including PDFs, eBooks, and online courses) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
We do, however, want every customer to feel supported — if you encounter an issue accessing your content, contact us and we’ll make sure it’s resolved.
